Malagos Farmhouse's Goat's Milk Feta Cheese available in two variants: 100g and 250g.
Our Feta is made fresh pasteurized Goat’s milk collected daily from our Malagos Dairy. This lactic acid cheese is semi soft, crumbly and slightly acidic with the perfect saltiness coming from brine aging. Soft curd is encouraged before moulding and draining is done to achieve a firm block. The Goat’s milk aroma is more apparent after the Feta block ages for 2 months.
