Return and Exchange Policy

At Malagos Homegrown Produce, we do our best to ensure that your orders are fresh and in good condition. For any concerns about the quality of our products, kindly refer to the guidelines below for Return and Exchange Policy. 

Our customer satisfaction team will be more than happy to assist you.

Reasons qualified for return and exchange:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled / Expired
  • Incorrect

Guidelines:

  • Please check all your orders upon receipt
  • To make a claim under our Return and Exchange Policy, please contact us through any of the following channels:

  • Enclose the following files for proper documentation:
    • Photo of the damaged, spoiled, incorrect item
    • Photo or scanned copy of the receipt (proof of purchase)
  • The claim must be sent within 24 hours from the receipt of order. Items cannot be returned / exchanged beyond the 24-hour time frame.
  • If the defect is due to the customer’s mishandling, the return and exchange policy will not be applicable.
  • Malagos Homegrown Produce reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable resolution.
  • If your claim is approved, you will be notified and we will replace the item within 24 to 48 hours.
